Also known as Astragalus and Peony combination, Bu Yang Huang Wu Tang was developed in 1830AD and is a common prescription for diseases of poor blood flow including post stroke rehabilitation, trauma to the head, Bells palsy, cerebrovascular accidents as well as Raynaud’s disease, fatigue and more.
Mechanism of action: Increases the circulation of blood particularly to the head, neck and upper limbs.
Contraindications: Not to be used immediately after stroke due to cerebral hemorrhage.

Cang er san (Xanthium powder) is a herbal formula commonly prescribed for allergic rhinitis (hay fever), rhinitis and sinusitis.

Ren shen Yanh Ying Tang (Ginseng decoction for nourish the nutrient qi) is considered a blood tonic in Chinese medicine.

Si Ni tang is primarily used as a vasodilator to support heart
